The stylist gabby did my hair and she spent over 5hours and the end result was copper and gold she said she will not redo my hair for free. I was willing to repay and redo my hair as a little bit more time has passed to get a redo. I booked an appointment. I rearrange my entire week had an event to go to that evening and when I got there after 45 minutes of driving in traffic, the receptionist told me she’s short staffed and that they had notified me about 30 minutes ago that my appointment has been canceled. I did not get the memo. I was recommended to come to this place by friends who come here often. I never go to salons but for my birthday I was looking for a change and was willing to spend good money at a good salon. I have a thick hair that was not dyed with color for two years now. Coming into the salon I had brown with some blond streaks. I came into the salon because I wanted a balayage with blue gray tint (first picture below that i showed to stylist).
