Helianthus Esthetics + Nail Bar

I was so disappointed this Saturday when , I decided to go and get a pedicure at Helianthus.esthetics +nails Bar. Upon my arrival there were two customer, and staff working. I waited patiently to be attending to for abot 45-1 hour. A customer came in spoke to the lady at the front desk, i even gave her the color stick so she can choose her color. The next thing I notice is that this customer was now sitting in the pedicure chair and getting set up for chair massage and her foot about to get soaked. I got up and ask when would I be getting service, her reply was soon one of the tech soon finish. I just gave her color stick and walk right out. You're not going to disrespect me. For sure I'll not be going back to this salon again. The need to hire more people that can communicate in English,

Great customer service and Liana was very friendly and had great humor and made her client laugh . The nails came out flawless

Beautiful decorations. Two times after getting acrylic on my toes, they start lifting up in a matter of days. After that happened once and with getting underneath and not drying, I got a fungus. They did agree to fix it but its still ridiculous. The nail tech was acting funny about the fungus I got from there! They close at 7 but stop taling clients at 5 which isn't listed on their door or site. I even called 3 times before showing up to ask and their phone wasn't working. They wouldn't even accommodate me after I begged and told them I had to go to my best friend's mom's funeral

Needed somewhere to get my nails done in the area. Came one day after work. It was 5:30 and they claim they close at 6:30 and didn’t see me. No worries. Came back that Saturday. The girl that sits in the front. Young Spanish girl. She looks like she does a great job. I wanted her but she was busy. I ended up getting a pedicure and dip powder by another Spanish lady there. Not the Dominican lady. She was busy. I really wanted her. She looked like she knew what she was doing. It was another Spanish lady there. Sits behind the black girl. I normally don’t leave reviews but I have to be honest. The pedicure was horrible. She didn’t shape my nails evenly and the gel paint was not clean. It wasn’t painted well. Place is really cute and clean but they think they are the only people who speak/ understand spanish . To be honest they are ignorant when they found out you understood everything they were chatting about the whole time they was providing you services. Saying wow you don’t look Spanish . Like what am I suppose to look like a pot of arroz con gandules. As far as the work, nail design was really good but I needed a filling the next week . Mind you I get gel . No reason … and my feet wasn’t done properly it’s was as if they just washed and painted it . And it took they like 3 hours to do mediocre work . And they are super pricey , no prices anywhere and they switched prices like 3 times . Mind you I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years been to so many different salons . But The
