SCAMMERS WHO CHARGED MY CARD $437.77 FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED AS I WAS NEVER INSIDE THE BUILDING BECAUSE THEY NEVER ONCE ATTENDED!!!!!!!!! they deserve 0 stars for how HORRIBLE this place is. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! as many of these reviews warn READ REVIEWS BEFORE! i was last minute needing to get my toes done on sunday september 10th and they were the only salon in that area open that early so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that theyd be able to take me. i got there around 8:05ish i parked and there was only two cars outside and the door said OPEN, i walk up and their door is locked, i tapped on the door window and nothing. I saw you had to make an appointment online so whatever I go and make an appointment for 8:15am and i thought it was weird they had you put ur card inf

I hesitated writing this review after seeing how the owner tends to attack anyone that doesn't have something nice to say. It looks more unprofessional of them than what needs to be said and therefore I decided to post my experience. This salon is new, and is stunning when you walk in. BEWARE though, because they have hidden fees for everything. You are asked to take a seat at a desk and sign in first before they will even consult with you regarding what you came in for. I was persuaded to review the pedicure menu and was handed the VIP list with $70+ items. I should have started asking questions about prices at that moment but I was the only person in the salon and I was ready to give the owner a chance. I regret it so much. I absolutely loved my experience here! the family running this place are very friendly and I felt very welcome, the wife has a very lovely family, interior is absolutely gorgeous, you have to look at it! My nails came out perfectly! Their son is literally so adorable! and at such a young age he's very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable and he also delivered great customer service, after a long day with a rude clients it was very refreshing and welcoming! The owners are extremely hard working and very nice, I look forward to the official grand opening ( though they are open) I recommend this place to literally everybody! You have to come by here it's absolutely gorgeous and you're going to love the experience! This will quickly become your go-to nail salon!

I was asked for my drivers license when I sat down. I thought it was because they required Zelle. She took a picture of it!!! I went in for a manicure. The basic one is $45. The woman was not friendly and couldn’t explain to me why she needed a picture of my TDL. I DID NOT stay. And $45 for a quick mani is way too expensive. After reading reviews, I dodged a bullet because I didn’t Zelle or give her any credit card. This place is evidently a scam. I’m going to contact the BBB and the Texas Cosmetology Board.

THE BEST! The owner was so nice and the place was so clean and comfortable! They played great music which was a plus. These are the best nails I’ve ever gotten the attention to detail and making sure everything is perfect is absolutely amazing 10/10 recommend!
