Hands down the best salon experience EVER! Queen treatment even before we walked into her exquisitely posh haven of a salon. Last time being a client of Helen's. She has truly disappointed me two times too many. Although the studio is tidy, clean, vast, and bright, along with their polite and soft-spoken mannerisms, I've had enough with the bruising. My first introduction to Helen was last year on November 25, when she advertised to me her blue hair wrap that her company made, and since it was my first time, I did purchase it along with my service. This first appointment, she did cut me slightly on the back of my neck with her razor (without telling me). I texted her about it the next day, and all she said was, send me a picture (which I did). Helen has cut my hair previously, but I recently returned to her after growing my natural hair for the past 4 yrs. This experience was probably the best I've had at a hair salon. The wash bowl chairs recline, you're welcomed with a spa robe to wear and offered beverages and snacks multiple times. I was serviced as soon as I arrived (Wednesday afternoon appointment), and I couldn't be happier with my results. Thank you so much Helen and your wonderful staff!
