Helen Nails & Spa - Nails Salon in Victorville

Just got these two days ago, first time getting a nail fill there, shaping was bad and polish application was bad. My nails already chipping after 2 days the quality is horrible. She thinned Out my natural nail and the acrylic application was so thin it chipped away. She also did cut me with the drill. She was friendly just the job wasn’t done correctly.

Helen (the owner) is such a sweetheart, facility is very clean (love how they use plastic during pedicures), a whole wall full of different colors, and friendly staff! Basic pedicure comes with scrub massage as well. Will be returning in 2 weeks :)

They charged me for a service that they provided that they did not inform me of beforehand. They also cut my fingers with the nail file 4 times. I don't enjoy getting my nails done and I did so for a special occasion. The nails themselves look nice, but I was bleeding and pulling my hands away during the appointment. It was unpleasant and painful.

I just visited the salon yesterday I did not have an appointment I was a walk-in and they still took me right back for a full set with French tips and also a pedicure with French tips. I I was in and out of there in like an hour! I had a gentleman working on my pedicure and I had a female working on my French tips and acrylics her name was Heather and she was very personable and very easy to communicate with I actually for the first time enjoyed talking to my nail tech which was kind of nice! I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back!

So, I've been here three times now. I was at first attracted by the cleanliness and appearance of the store. My first trip, not only did I and my daughter have to sit through the insults that a nail tech was screaming through the phone while doing her job but we were inconveniently held up at least an additional 45 mins because the staff as a whole couldn't get it together. They didn't know where we should sit, who should start our nails, techs kept going on and off with their own tangents, etc., however, once settled, our nails were finished and they looked decent. My second trip, I decided to go alone to spare my daughter any vulgarity on behalf of another angry adult, although, I was reluctant due to the fact that all the employees had changed.
