My experience with Beth in November 2025 was excellent from the start, when I enquired about manual lymphatic drainage massage. She was responsive and transparent, particularly about pricing. Beth took time to address any concerns I had and also took time to explain her technique and check my health history for anything relevant she could address. The massage itself was especially relaxing, soothing and Beth checked with me throughout whether I was comfortable and if the pressure was OK. She massages with intention and care. The massage room is clean, quiet and a relaxing environment. I would return to Beth for similar massages.

Wonderful massage in a beautiful space! Beth took the time to listen to what was going on with my body and design a massage for exactly what I needed. Not only did Beth give me an amazing lymphatic drainage massage, they shared so much helpful information about how the lymphatic system works and what I can do to support it (and scar healing) on my own. At 6 months post surgery, I was experiencing tightness and limited mobility that I thought was permanent. The day after my massage, my full range of motion had returned!
