HEKA Health and Wellness

I’ve been going to HEKA Health and Wellness Med Spa since last July, and it has truly been a great experience. The space is always clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff consistently make you feel comfortable and well cared for. From the ladies behind the desk, to the nurse practitioners that I am so fortunate to have built a medical based relationship with, this place checks all of my boxes. Matthew, my favorite masseuse , is extremely professional and very skilled at what he does. He takes the time to understand what your body needs and always makes sure you leave feeling better than when you came in. Ying, the acupuncturist, is also wonderful. I strongly recommend everyone at HEKA. They literally saved me from needing injections from my shoulder Dr! I get trigger point therapy, acupuncture and medical massages. I am amazed that I can lift my arm not only pain free but with a larger range of.motion than before I started going. And everyone is so nice!

I went to Heka Health and Wellness twice for a massage, hoping my first experience was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, both massages were very disappointing. It honestly felt like the therapists did not know what they were doing. The techniques were inconsistent and not at all what you would expect from a professional massage. My second visit was even worse. The massage was extremely uncomfortable, and the gentleman providing the service made me feel very uneasy. His behavior came across as creepy and unprofessional, to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I had to walk out in the middle of the session. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important for others to be aware of my experience. I would not recommend this place based on my visits.

HEKA has offered me the massage therapy required by very capable staff, in a professional, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Today, my condition continues to improve. My experience at HEKA has led me to refer two of my co-workers to them due to quality of their service.

Great soothing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and talented. I use their massage and acupuncture services. I look forward to coming here each time. They keep me updated by text which is very convenient.
