I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones. Best massage I’ve ever had. Dustin was my masseuse and he was very laid back and made sure I was comfortable. He did an outstanding job. The front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming

The administrative staff is welcoming and provides courtesy calls to confirm or remind me of appointments, which I really appreciate. I was also happy to learn that they accept FSA. Of the therapists I’ve seen, I highly recommend the following: Woody is extremely knowledgeable and brings a cheerful, positive energy. He’s very attentive to your requests and can read your body well—he knows when you’re in pain and when to adjust pressure. He incorporates effective stretching and delivers excellent firm pressure, while gently working through sensitive or painful areas in a gradual, tolerable way. Beau has a wonderfully calming and relaxing presence. He provides great firm pressure and really focuses on relaxing

I took my 15 year old athlete (cheer) for her 1st massage. They required an adult be in the room (good thing). So, I decided to also get a massage. They charged us 60 extra dollars for a "couple's massage". Also, they only massaged my daughter from the knees down and the middle of her back - no shoulders, no upper back, no arms, no hamstring. They also refused to apply any pressure for besides light pressure. They said the terruble service was because she's a minor. Then at the end, the front office woman wouldn't stop hard selling their membership even though I stated repeatedly that we won't be coming back and really just want to go home. With tip, i paid over 300 for a subpar 1 hour massage. Definitely do not recommend

I have been a member at this location since summer of last year and have always had a wonderful experience every month. The front desk staff is kind and attentive and thoroughly explains services and payment. My therapist, Talia, is absolutely excellent and has really helped me with my upper back issues and general stress levels. My monthly visit is something I really look forward to. Highly recommend!

My appointment started promptly, which I appreciated. However, it ended at 8:55 rather than 9:00, so I did not receive the full 60 minutes I paid for. Additionally, I selected firm pressure on the check-in device and reminded the massage therapist that I wanted a deep tissue massage with firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure remained very light throughout the session and felt more like a lotion application than a deep tissue massage. I’ve had several massages before, and this experience ranks among my least satisfactory. I was really hoping for a better session, especially considering the price. Overall, I’m quite disappointed in the experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend anyone come here.
