STAY AWAY. I went in for a sew-in take down, wash, and box braids. After removing my sew-in, she did NOT properly comb or detangle my natural hair before starting the braids. My hair was left severely tangled and matted. I had to spend an entire hour at a different salon just to get my hair detangled and fixed. That should never happen during a professional service. Proper detangling after a sew-in removal is basic care. Save yourself the stress and damage. Go to KT Braiding instead.

I booked online to get some kinky twists. When I called the owner told me to get 5 packs of the Cuban hair. My appointment was at 9am and scheduled to end at 1pm. I was on time and did not get done until after 4pm. Not only did it take 7 hours, but I had a completely different style than what I paid my deposit for and was charged an extra $40 for the style they gave me! Not happy, and definitely not going back.

The raiders did an excellent job on my hair. They gave me exactly what I asked for. It took a while, but I was very satisfied with the quality of work and price. Will definitely book again.

My experience with my box braids was Decent and they greeted everyone that came in. The booking site did book me at 8:30 AM, shop opens at 9 AM. The stylist was apologetic, and we went on to begin to do my hair; it was nothing crazy. I just made a couple of adjustments for my babysitter. It went faster when there was assistance, and it wasn't a big deal that she took a break at 11 AM; she asked if that was okay, and I appreciated that the style that I got was 200 on the site. It said 160; after the deposit, it came out to 110. I think before booking, the price should note that it can change due to the length of course. If you're getting hair to your butt, the price will change. They asked several times. Did I need to take a break due to being pregnant and super friendly and caring? I highl

Salon was clean and staff were friendly. Service took 6 hours (2 hours waiting + 4 hour braid style). My hair is short (3-1" short fro). I asked for knotless but was told my hair was too short and box braids were the only option. I figured, ok, they're the pros so I agreed. Cost was $200 because of the length of my natural hair. One lady braided the front of my hair while another braided the back. Hair style was nice and the quality of braiding was great. During the process, the lady braiding the front seemed to be snatching my "future" hair because it's been 2 days and my scalp is killing me. She pulled my hair so tight even after I said something. Regretfully, I'll be taking this hair down in an effort to save my edges and the rest of my hair follicles.
