I have been coming to this place for over 7 years now and today I received THE worse service and customer service ever! I have previously left a great review for their exceptional eye brow threading service but this review is specifically for Lashes. They offer a cluster lash service here for $35 which is the average rate for those so i was okay with that however do NOT market lashes if you don’t know to do them! I don’t know her name, but the lady did a horrific job on my cluster lashes today. Cluster eyelashes does NOT go above the eye lash line, it goes underneath. The placement of the lashes looked like a 5 year old toddler did them, they were just thrown on there and looked terrible! If you are a regular customer. You know who to wait for. Not everyone really cares about your eyebrows. I stopped by yesterday after work and REALLY needed a thread. Most of the ladies know me and know that I will not mess with my own. So I showed up looking like Bert from Sesame Street....I should have waited for Amina but was in a hurry.

I went to the salon for eyebrow threading and tinting. Their prices are unbeatable. Ruby did a great job and she was very careful, sanitary, and kept me comfortable the entire time. My overall experience was amazing, will definitely be returning for Ruby!!

Aggressive and mean. Broke my child face out after being told repeatedly not to put wax on my child’s face. She had chemical burn and hives. They only did it because they wanted to charge me just getting eyebrows done never is sufficient enough for them. They always try to add extra services. The lady that does the body wax is the only person that has common sense.

$4 dollars for eyebrow threading! Count me in! Today I had my second service here and I will keep returning! Not only are these ladies super nice, their work is great!
