Heel Your Sole Reflexology & Massage Therapy

Jessica does the absolute best Integrated massage/reflexology. Really nice person too. I've subscribed to reflexology for several years, experienced several reflexologists, and Jessica is TOP NOTCH. I always feel sooooo much better after seeing Jessica.

I went with the hopes of a nice relaxing experience. Jessica did not disappoint! She's knowledgeable, empathetic, very attuned with the reactions of the body and was able to sense tenseness in other areas just with her work on my feet. I was incredibly pleased and left feeling SO relaxed. I'm looking forward to going back, and would highly recommend her services for anyone, especially those dealing with circulation issues. She is the best!

awesome experience. Jess is very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. She genuinely cared about my treatment and ensured I received best service. She was very prescriptive in focusing in on my troubled areas and providing feedback on how I can take better care of my muscles. I get massages regularly and from different therapists, and i can honestly say she was the best therapist I've seen. Also, get the hot stone treatment! it was completely worth it. I originally booked a 60 minute session, and requested to extend it to a 90 minute session once i received the hot stone treatment!

Jessica is an amazing therapist. The passion she has for massage and reflexology shines through in the services she provides to her clients. I received a wonderful reflexology session from her. I loved how she utilized hot stones to work some of the reflexes on the feet. Looking forward to my next service with her!

I was referred to Jessica by my physical therapist, who also comes to Jessica. I needed a therapeutic massage and it was perfect! I love the vibe of this place and Jessica was amazing. Perfect amount of pressure and was knowledgeable about my issues. She also explained reflexology and that will be a future appointment. I will be back ;)
