Hector's Barbershop

Hector is the best barber I had in the Boston area - and I tried a dozen or two. listens to your wishes, gets all the lines nicely, and gives advice what to do at home. When he is chopping a tiny bit here and a tiny bit there, his face expressions show that he is treating each head like a piece of art which he enjoys and takes pride in perfecting.

My twin boys who are now 8 years old and both autistic has been getting hair cuts from Hector. He is the most patient, phenomenal, and is always able to work around them. It was hard finding barbers who are able to deal with kids who don’t sit still and would throw a tantrum at times. It took us about 3 barbers before coming across Hector. It’s been 3 years he’s been cutting my boy’s hair and overtime 1 of them got use to it and allows Hector to cut his hair without any issues and the other is still working on it but slowly he is able to sit by himself without throwing a tantrum. Thank you Hector for giving them an amazing clean haircuts. They always get so much compliments from the people outside. Have been getting styled by hectors barber shop for over 10 years. Up to date and modern cuts for all ages . They use great products. Always staying on top of things. Top notch sanitation clean clean place . Stop in and check them out . 4 master barbers why would you go any were else the price is right . Forget super cuts . Give them a try . You won't regret it . They aren't happy if you are not satisfied.

I have gone through numerous incidents of being flaked on by the barber because he was too hungover to fufill his obligation(yes hungover as I’ve seen him drunk and clubbing the night before) to our agreed appointment(in which he picked the time). I am a woman trying to get my son a quality haircut and I always pay $20! That’s about $7 tip! I get treated differently than if I was a man trying to get my son a haircut. I have been patient and understanding to the point it got worse! As a full time single working mom and college student I do not have time for a business to waste my time when I a simply trying to pay to get some service!
