Hector's BARBER SHOP

Hectors barber shop is where I go ,good music, great staff ,good barbers ,if you wanna watch a certain fight (boxing,MMA,whatever ) Hector will put it on .Since living in CT.,this is my barber shop ,they always accommodate my needs . I once had Job interview and needed a cut ,without any money and a short explanation to Hector I got my cut ! ,THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love going there. There's always a Barber ready for you. And if you decide to maintain and use the same barber over and over you don't have to make an appointment, it's a great place to be all the barbers are friendly.

Every time I come to this barbershop when I call someone picks up the phone and says there is one person to come here. Then when I arrive there is always two people ahead of me false information. And on top of that I come in today there was one person in the chair every single time they have someone before me when it’s empty you guys need to put appointments or something because this is very frustrating and unacceptable.

Don't like to criticize but maybe because the barber was used to my grandson being taken there with his Mom, he was not familiar with us. At the end,we gave him a good tip and he was happy. Here it is 2 years later. Have to give Hector's Barber Shop a lot more credit. My grandson, now a teenager is the customer. He gets a haircut. Hector's Barber Shop must be doing a good job because my grandson won't go to any other barber shop.

I took my 3 year old grandson to get a haircut, which is not an easy task and they did great. As if he were a regular there, now he will be 😊. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Not only were they professional and friendly but also very clean and great prices.
