Fast good service! Been going there for 1.5 yrs. Today Ofelya did my hair cut and she was great and polite! Although she forgot to shampoo my hair. Perhaps the salon forgot to communicate to the staff the hair cut plus shampoo deals they promote on Groupon. Overall good work and will go back 👍

I was attended to by Janet and I highly recommend this salon. She was so kind to me, incredibly patient. I arrived feeling undecided, not really knowing what I wanted done, and she gave me the best advice. My hair looks fantastic, and I'm so happy with the result. Thank you so much, Hector Salon!

I called 2 weeks in advance to get my hair done the day before Thanksgiving. I specifically asked to book with Betty. When I arrived, Betty handed me off to another stylist without confirming if that was ok with me but they were busy so I was understanding (although I do think it was unprofessional of her). I believe the other stylist name was Dion. I asked for a balayage and showed her the pic and she proceeded to tell me how expensive balayage is and wanted to make sure I’m not going to be mad when I get the price. I told her whatever it costs I want it. Welp she gave me tiger stripe highlights! She left me under the dryer with bleach on and another stylist came up and touched the dryer and said “caliente!” And turned it off and touched my foils and they argued a bit in Spanish. My hair

Johanna is the best! She was so patience, professional and hard working! She took care of my hair like it was her own. She did everything so it wouldn’t get damage and she listen to all my concerns and took care of them. She did a wonderful job and went for more than the extra mile! She is really the best 🤩 and I’m so happy with my hair now!

I found Hector’s Salon #2 because I had a Groupon for a cut and partial highlight. When I arrived, Johanna was available so she took care of me. She did an amazing job! I really appreciate her because my hair is super long and I had a balayage a year ago that had grown out, so she had to touch up my highlights instead of working with virgin hair. She was very kind about the extra hassle and was even willing to take some extra time to give me a shadow root. I definitely recommend Johanna because she works very quickly but is also very thorough. She didn’t cut any corners and I definitely felt like I was in the hands of an expert.
