It took 2 hours to see if someone could put 2 braids in my hair. Once the appointment was confirmed, everything was great, they were nice. When it came to pay, she said it was $75. Yes, she charged me $75 for 2 cornrows. That's just robbery and greed. They need basic prices, for the services they provide. If they need to upcharge they can. From now on, I'm going to bring whatever money I want to spend and say work with it. I'm sick of it!! I would only recommend them in an emergency.

Miss V is awesome 👌, she is very knowledgeable and very attentive. She's great in installing extensions and braiding. Definitely highly recommend 👌

Chantelle is highly professional and very friendly. If you need your dreads twisted I would highly recommend stopping by and paying her a visit. I’ll drive 2 1/2 hours to see her every couple months and it’s no problem. She knows what she’s doing if you don’t want someone to mess up your dreads.

I just got box braids done 5 days ago, I’d been waiting almost a year to get them done, the women was late by 30 minutes and it was done quick but not even a week later they’re falling out literally. I paid almost 200$ to get my hair done. Not impressed.

When a person is late for an appointment life happens & you chaulk it up to bad customer service (she could have called & let someone know). However, when a person has to be contacted 4 times before someone gets back to them because of poor workmanship (braids that come out a week later is pretty bad) and doesn't accommodate the person who's been wronged, it's almost worth a call to the Better Business Bureau. Even in spite of the lateness this woman took getting to the appointment she was still tipped generously. You would have thought she'd want this type of customer to return and give a good review. This woman did my daughter's braids and I saw the sadness and disappointment on her face (she waited a year for this). What a shame - not only would we not recommend this salon - we'll be s
