I went in asking for French tips with stars and little added diamonds on them and he said he could do them. Then, when he was done shaping the acrylics he asked to see the picture again and called over 3 other employees asking if they know how to do the design. 30 mins go by and 3 different people tried doing what I asked for and they couldn’t do it.. I then asked for just basic French tips but in black and they still couldn’t do it properly. I’m not one to complain at all but it’s my 25th birthday so I want it done the way I want especially paying for a service. They still got mad at me after 2 hours of them trying the design I wanted (stars) and then got mad again after I didn’t tip. Also didn’t talk to me one time.. they were just talking to coworkers making me feel bad for what I asked

It takes months for my nails to get fairly long. So it upset me that when I asked for French tip gel and specifically asked for rounded tip, the first person filed them squarely. I was watching tv and didn’t notice at first, so then I spoke up and another person came to help, and the second person did round up the tip, but by then my nails were already too short! I thought about walking out but I did let a third person finish with a white tip, but it was too small of a white tip. I’ll never go there again!!!

Came here with my friend who was visiting from Bellevue, since I had good memories of this place but was pretty disappointed at the service I received. I got Regular Pedicure with Regular polish in White since I will be traveling to a warm place end of this week... I told my technician that I like my cuticles cut to short and when she paints I want them to paint as close to the cuticle line. She didn't speak much English so I got a help from one of the other technicians to translate it for me. Outcome is attached. Wish it was more clean and wish she worked on my surface to make my nail look more even;
