Lexi was amazing! She asked if I was happy after each step, and she was super sweet! I think I have finally found my home salon! Thank you for giving me 5 star treatment!

Took my Mom to the nail spa for her birthday. There was 7 of us girls all wanting to be pampered. We had no reservation but Heavenly Nails got us all set up right away. Some of us had manicures while others had pedicures. Everyone had a great time. All the nail technicians were laughing and having a good time with us ladies. We got great service for a reasonable price. They were happy to take pics and send to us to help us complete another beautiful memory for our Mom's 77th Birthday. Thank you once again for always making us happy and beautiful. **We each had complimentary drinks as well such as a bottle of water or coke. They made us feel very welcome.

One if the worst pedicures I have ever had in life. I have been here often. I totally wasted $35. The lady did not use the callous remover adequately. Nor did she buff my feet as needed. I still need to get another pedicure to complete the job. When I complained, all the guy did was apologize instead of asking what can be done to rectify the situation. An apology is appreciated payed. But when you have a customer telling you it was not a good experience and that you will not be back, you would think they would try to keep you as a customer. I wish the father was here. I would hope he would have a better response. I am beyond missed. #trash

Went to Heavenly nails today and had a great experience. I chose a milk and honey pedicure with paraffin wax and massage. The salon chairs were comfortable and the nail tech was very caring and overall did a great job. This nail salon is located I a strip mall with plenty of parking. They used the tub liners and disinfected the bowl. The polish ended up smearing and this was frustrating because many of the polished these shops keep has sat a while. The tech tried to fix and it smeared again 🙄. I would visit this sho again as the over all experience was positive.

I had come to this location on Friday showed the nail tech a picture of the nails I wanted which were stiletto nails. Just to make polite conversation I mentioned to her that I don’t usually do those nails I usually do square rounded but wanted something different. She does the usual routine sand your nails all that jazz then is putting on the tips it does not dawn on me since I have never had this done before she stated after putting the tips on Square right? After already applying square tip. I should have stepped in and said no but your girls got anxiety! Go ahead with the square and as you see pictured is what I was given because I can still rock square rounded nail.
