I originally had gone to a different nail salon looking to get gel manicures for my daughter and I but they told me to come back at 5pm even though it was advertised as walk-ins welcome. I decided to go to the heart of San Fernando and look for a different nail salon. This one had a 4.2 rating on Google and said they take walk ins so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did, it wasn't very busy when we walked in and they attended us shortly after we sat down. It was nice and quiet inside the nail salon and the gentleman did a great job on prepping my nails. Nothing can be perfect, but I appreciate that he tried to paint my nails with precision. I'm happy that my daughter had a good first experience getting her nails done at a salon, the woman was very friendly and gentle with her. Overal

So rude Terrible customer service. I got a Gel manicure, eleven days ago and within a week, it started peeling off.I went back to ask them just to remove the polish.Because it looks terrible now.And they said they don't know how I take care of my nails at home.So they were gonna charge me to take off their bad polish job Don't go here, go anywhere.else

If I can give a zero star review I would. The guy who helped completely messed up my nails so much money for a messed up job. He seemed in a rush and when I told him I wanted a shorter length he told me later and never did it. He completely disregarded the picture I had shown him and did whatever he wanted. I didn’t know a French tip can be messed up so badly.

I brought my mom here and she loved it too. The staff treated her with so much care. Our nails both turned out gorgeous. We’ll definitely be back together again soon.

I love coming to this salon. The staff is so friendly. My nails always look perfect. Great experience.
