Heaven Massage & Head SPA

Avoid at all cost !!!!! I went to this spa salon for a combined facial treatment and a relaxing head massage, which is very trendy now. Unfortunately, the entire experience was awful from the start. I was mixed up with another procedure, and instead of this massage, I got a rough, painful massage. My face and hair were damaged, and they used cheap, unprofessional products on my skin, which gave me an allergic reaction. My head was scrubbed so harshly, my hair tangled into a huge knot, and she washed my hair with extremely hot water, which is not professional at all, since hot water can damage hair. After work, I went to this SPA recommended by a friend. The environment inside was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The service was attentive and meticulous, and the masseur's techniques were very professional. They could accurately find acupoints and fatigue points, and the intensity was just right. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. After finishing, my shoulders, neck, waist, and legs were relaxed, and the relief effect was particularly obvious. The experience was very good, and it is a conscientious massage shop worth visiting for a long time!

The worst experience ever!!! I was given a gift card for my bday. Went on Wed the 13th and added on an extra 30 min. As I entered, I felt uncomfortable from the start and they didn't even ask my name. As I was looking around, there was no privacy. Looking in the back part, there were these lounge chair things and an employee was laying on it on her phone. Not very inviting. I was taken back to a room. The gal came in & burped asked if I was ready etc. I have NEVER had a massage where the person used only her forearm / bone, her elbow and her knuckles. She hurt my back and neck ( with her knuckles) I have been in so much pain on my spine and neck!!!! The placement of my legs and arms, Ive never seen or experienced this. I just got a full body massage from Candy And it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had in my whole life. They are so nice and welcoming at the front desk and my masseuse, candy, was absolutely amazing and I truly have never had a better massage. Wow! Obsessed with this place and will definitely be coming back as much as I can afford lol 😍🥰
