Lori is the best. However, I have never had a bad cut or style from anyone in this salon. It’s awesome to walk into the salon and everyone knows you even though you have not been there for a few months. Sorry my face didn’t reflect how much better I felt after having my hair done. This sinus infection is kicking my butt.

Lori , did an awesome job on my hair today . Fist time in many years i felt satisfied with a hairdresser . Plus they make you feel like you’re family there .

I visited Heatwaves Salon recently and truly appreciated the kindness of the staff. Stephanie started my haircut, but I wasn’t satisfied with how it was going, so Jennifer stepped in to try and fix it — I respect the effort and their willingness to help. Unfortunately, the final result wasn’t what I had hoped for. I came in with a clear idea: I wanted to trim and shape my hair with long layers, aiming for a style similar to what I had a year ago — something with natural wave, movement, and softness. Not only did I leave satisfied with my hair, I also left feeling like I belonged, I was valued and I matter. And always had a good laugh! It’s place that gives the vibe of wanting to stay and hang out all day!
