Hearth Sauna

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The sauna and cold plunge have been such a transformative part of my weekly routine. Every visit leaves me feeling grounded, clear, and recharged. The atmosphere is so positive and community-focused. You can really feel that everyone’s there with good energy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the space is always clean and well cared for. I’m so glad they’re here in Traverse City. It’s truly become one of my favorite parts of the week.

The ultimate experience for muscle recovery in a friendly, communal environment. The cedar wood & lavender spritz bring a deep sense of calm. Sauna as it is meant to be!

1000/10 experience. I will probably never shut up about how great of an experience I had here. I would’ve never guessed that I would be someone who appreciates cold-plunging, but I am now! At first it was just a challenge to see if I could even get into the plunge, and then I sat for over 4 minutes. I feel brand new. Sauna + cold plunge = transcendence

Highly recommend Hearth Sauna! Everything about the experience is top notch and I’ve been to my fair share of sauna/cold plunge experiences. The sauna itself is super roomy with plenty of space and exceptionally clean. The changing room area is also the same and they have all the amenities you might need during your time. An additional benefit is the community that has been built as you are always bound to meet wonderful new humans during your time in sauna!
