this place is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Got my hair done my lindsey, wanted a mushroom/ ashy brown, had a reference photo and she definitely met, if not exceeded my expectations. my hair was two different colors so, it was obviously going to be hard to get it even but she did it so perfectly! and for an amazing price. definitely recommend and will be going back whenever i need to!

What is it about my hair?, I mean how is it that this stringy stuff that grows on my head makes me feel one way or the other? Well let me tell you this overgrown mop of mine needed some attention and I got it here that this establishment. So, listen, if you're traveling and you stop into Shenandoah, and you're staying at the Shenandoah inn, well, there's only one place to get a haircut just right down the sidewalk from the place, it's called heart and soul beauty salon. I love Heart & Soul! I wouldn't go anywhere else. All of the girls are fun & fabulous, and Casey always does a great job on my hair. I look forward to my hair appointments, because it's always a great experience.

I will never go to another salon. Its friendly and comfortable, and I'm always happy with the way she colors and cuts my hair.

My friend was just really disrespected here. I dont want to get too much into it, but I know they went back on how much they said they were gonna charge her for balayages and were gonna break it up into multiple payments and appointments. Another hair salon said they do it for 70 which was much much cheaper. There's a few other things that happened that weren't "hair related" that was just uncalled for. Wont be using or recommending for that reason.
