I can't give Heart and Soul enough praise! Our small town is fortunate to have a spa with such a big list of services. I've had Swedish, hot stone and head massages along with the nervous system reset. I've had massages by both licensed massage therapists and the students- I'm never disappointed! Do not for one second hesitate from using this business. It's a business that's grown and thrived throughout the years- one the owner, Nicole, should be immensely proud of.

Several years ago, I walked off the stage at the National Clogging Championships for what, I thought, would be the last time. I broke into tears when I stepped off the stage. I was heartbroken. My knees were so tore up, I couldn’t bend them to make a 90 degree angle. Four months off and regular work from Nicole brought me back almost good as new. I have been seeing Nicole for almost 20 years, and I absolutely credit her skill, knowledge, and expertise as a huge part of keeping my body strong. THANK YOU SO MUCH, NICOLE!!!
