As a tenant at The Heard Building for 3 years and I can't say enough good things about the co-working space in downtown Phoenix. I loved working in such an historic building with great common areas and the views of downtown from my office were unforgettable. Natalie is an amazing community manager - super friendly and fun, dialed into the local community, and extremely responsive. Her team was great as well and every thing is well maintained and clean. The central location (literally on Central between Monroe and Adams) is as good as it gets with easy walking distance to light rail, lots of restaurants, and other buildings downtown. It's a perfect location for different types of entrepreneurs or larger businesses and the rent was really reasonable for the location and quality of the space/

My experience in this building changed dramatically when ownership transferred from Expansive to Heard Building. Under Expansive’s management, the building was well maintained, rents were reasonable, and they worked with us as our business grew — even helping us move into larger office spaces twice. It was a positive, professional landlord-tenant relationship. Once Heard Building took over, conditions deteriorated quickly. On multiple occasions, air-conditioning problems went unaddressed for days at a time, making our office effectively unusable. Despite an extremely high vacancy rate in the building, Heard Building attempted to increase our rent. That decision ultimately forced me to relocate my office to a nearby high-rise with more stable management and better pricing. To make matte

Highly recommend leasing here, Natalie is the best person and she will make sure you get everything you’re looking for!! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing her for the 2 years I’ve been here and shes definitely the reason we stay. She’s so accommodating. I love the vibe. Lots of other entrepreneurs around too, so, networking is included, and they have days where they cater doughnuts or food if you check out the calendar! It feels like you just joined your long lost family as soon as you walk in. 🫶🏻

I hosted an arts & crafts event here and had a wonderful experience. From the inquiry process to clean up after the event, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly The building is in the heart of Phoenix, making it a perfect meet up spot and the suite we were in was exactly what we needed. Access to the building was simple for our guests and there were zero safety concerns.

We had the best experience with The Heard Building for our social club event gathering. Natalie was super helpful and incredibly easy to work with. We can't wait to come back and host another event here, thank you so much!!
