Healthy Therapy Massage

I've had many massages in my life, but this was the most uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. My masseuse hardly greeted me prior to pointing to my room. (I was not late. I was 5 minutes early.) The blanket I was to go under was a very small bath towel. So small, that when she adjusted it, she completely exposed me. The massage itself was fine, but I usually like it heavy-handed. She did not ask my preference nor my ailments, which is always a pet peeve of mine. She left in the middle of the massage, exposed again!, to get heated damp blankets. It threw me off completely. At the end, I got dressed and let myself out. This is probably my favorite place for a massage. My wife and I have both gone and both enjoyed our experience. They focus on the back and shoulders which is always nice, though sometimes I wish I could get a calf/foot only massage, as that seems to be my constant sore spot. I highly recommend!

Ana is the owner and always very attentive. Clean professional environment, and in what used to be a doctors office. Best massage in Sacramento. I have lower back and shoulder tightness that is loosened every time. I would highly recommend for after work relaxation.
