Healthy Spa & Acu-New Management

I want to be clear this review is about one employee, and not Healthy Spa as a whole. Overall my husband and I both love coming here, and regularly get massages here every 2-3 weeks. We’ve worked with a handful of their therapists Mike & Lucy being among them…and we thoroughly enjoy the service they provide. What changed my tune was interaction with Coco (blonde woman usually at the front) yesterday. My husband and I usually tip 20-25%. My total was 179, with about $20 in fees ( CC + mask add on, which used to be part of the service). I tipped 20% before fees, and Coco hesitated. Trying to embarrass me in front of staff and customers, Coco asked that I pay a 30% tip to my therapist. I stood firm and told her asking me to tip 30% was unacceptable. I have been to literally every massage parlor in this area and Healthy Spa & Acu is the best by far. Their acupressure massages made such a lasting difference. It was like going to see a PT and coming out with lasting not just temporary improvements, but for cheaper! The masseuse really took his time and the environment was so quiet especially compared to other massage places in this area. I legit cannot recommend this place enough.

This was such a great experience! I loved my couples massage and cupping therapy. Will come back to Healthy spa and Acu. Both of our masseuses were wonderful and so nice. They definitely know what they were doing!! Best massage I’ve ever had!!

Just had a great massage from Kelly! She did an amazing job of adjusting pressure where I was more tense like a deep tissue massage, and in areas I was less tense she gave more of a Swedish massage. She asked me if the pressure was ok several times. I booked with Classpass and it seemed to cause some confusion when I arrived, but the ladies there got it figured out and I was taken care of right away! I will definitely come back soon!

My sister recommended this place, I'm very glad I went. The employees were lovely, the massage was great. It was my first time, and I have never felt more relaxed! I will definitely be back.
