I want to start this review by setting the scene, because walking into a medical spa as “just the friend” of a patient can honestly go either way — and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I came solely to accompany my friend to her appointment, planning to sit quietly and wait it out. Instead, from the moment we walked in, the experience completely disarmed me. The woman at the front desk was genuinely kind and welcoming, not performative-friendly, but actually warm. She even encouraged me to try products while we waited, and I got to test a cream on my hand in the lobby, which immediately set a relaxed tone. I had such a wonderful experience today at the furlong location! From the moment I walked in, every single person was welcoming and went above and beyond answering any questions I had. My nurse, Ashley, was equally knowledgeable about the services provided and took the time to explain them to me in length. Cannot recommend Health Solutions Medspa enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Healthy Solutions! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Nicole and Lina are amazing and make you feel so comfortable, definitely the best front desk I have ever met! The atmosphere is serene, spotless, and beautifully designed — the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their clients. Nicole took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, answer all my questions, and tailor the experience specifically to my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported and valued. I can't recommend Healthy Solutions enough!

I just moved to the area and did my research for laser hair removal and botox. To all that are looking...look no more!!! From the moment I walked in ,I was greeted by Marci and Shannon. So helpful, knowledgeable and Marci went in detail how things are run in this spa. I felt in my soul this was the right spot. I had my lips done by Stacey who is perfection personified!! I continue to come to Healthy Solutions to combat my acne/ acne scarring - the whole team here have been nothing but kind, professional and super welcoming since my first visit! Dr. Luciano was my primary care physician for years prior to Healthy Solutions - very trust worthy, non judgmental and great with educating patients. Not only is staff amazing but the facilities are beautiful, serene and super clean! Healthy Solutions has a wonderful atmosphere and an array of treatment options. I definitely suggest you check them out!
