Rachel is an extremely gifted healer! She’s very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about whatever pain you’re experiencing. It is an extremely relaxing experience and I’m already seeing a lasting difference. The office is very clean and it was easy to find parking. She taught me some techniques to do at home to continue healing and feeling my best. I highly recommend Rachel at Healthy Self!

I wholeheartedly recommend Healthy Self. Rachel is incredibly talented and intuitive. In the past I would seek out deep tissue massage but have discovered that with Rachel this is not necessary. She uses myriad amazing techniques to ease stiff and bound-up areas without applying undue pressure. My monthly sessions leave me in a wonderful “zen zone”. Rachel constantly develops new skills and knowledge which she then incorporates into our sessions. She has helped not only with some chronic pain issues but in improving my total well-being. Rachel worked at my chiropractor’s office when I first met her. Loved her and she left for a year….I was so happy when she came back and have worked with her for many years. She is always learning. With Rachel you get true, long lasting changes instead of a feel good massage (although it feels good too). She has a healing touch unlike any other! There’s been many times I’ve been unable to turn my neck before going in and leave almost 100%.

I've been going to Rachel for years. Sometimes just for a GREAT massage, others for problems like sciatic pain; tense - stressed muscles etc. ALWAYS leave feeling wonderful... I highly recommend her.
