Very disappointed, thought I would receive a full body massage, but only got My back in the back of my leg in the back of my arms done not knowing that I wasn’t gonna get the front of my legs or my feet Massage because at the end when I asked her about my feet She says oh you have to tell me you want half back half feet? How am I supposed to know that if you’re not specifying that in the beginning before the services start, then she’s at the front desk with my receipt because I already paid for the services with the pen in her hand waiting for a tip very unprofessional. Let me give you the money with what I wanna give you. I don’t think that I will return to this place. i’ve been a Therapist for 15 years now and we don’t operate like that. One time I had over work it was horrible that my low back painful. My doctor reminded me must relax the back since I sit too long time, after work then I go take a massage. Their massage and walking back massage are very good and professional, the area is also clean. So right now i almost come here every week. Thank you for your service, I really appreciate

Very shady place. Terrible service She had us make payment ($40 each for 30mins foot massage) before getting the service which I thought was odd. She was very rude and was not gentle with my feet. She was throwing my feet everywhere and then after the massage (was not good) she demanded that I tip $20. When I refused and insisted that it’s a tip and I did not feel like the service I received was worth the tip she was asking, she asked my boyfriend when he came out and he gave them 20 on top of the 10 that I gave. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Great experience! Highly recommend Going to Healy Moment relaxing bodywork! People are so friendly and helpful!They very professional for body work make you feel really comfortable! Warm and cleaning room! Definitely going there more often!

Their massages have been good historically as long as you understand there are no frills. However I was YELLED at by the lady yesterday for walking in 7 mins late. We had challenges in the past with scheduling appointments as we felt we were yelled at on the phone but we continued to go. What happened yesterday was unacceptable! You don’t yell at a customer the way she did. Instead tell me I can only get 50 mins because I was late and a client was after me. The rude treatment of customers needs to change, we will never go back.
