I brought my babies here for several years for craniosacral fascial therapy. After many visits I found the customer service and professional manners to be lacking, which to me is important for someone working so closely with my children. I found it challenging to schedule appointments as the phone was rarely answered and I would have to leave messages. The therapists changed from visit to visit without notice and often did not introduce themselves, so I learned to specifically request Karen who was the best practitioner there. Although they would ask if I had questions, they seemed too busy to take the time to fully explain their answers. The sessions felt rushed and intense for a baby. I don't remember the name of my therapist, however I give her 5 stars. I received a deep tissue massage. Felt amazing! She stayed late so that I could go in after my work and the massage was well over an hour. (I payed for an hour.) She took the time to give me the full experience and explain to me what she was noticing about my muscles. Very kind and professional. I will be going back.

Love this place! My 12wk old infant was incredibly fussy and after several adjustments, she is eating much better and smiling more, and in general just feels better. Definitely worth traveling for!

I have heard many positive things about Karen. I made the mistake when scheduling not to request her. I took my infant for a cranial fascia massage. The ladies (neither were Karen) who worked with him seemed to know what they were doing. However, it was not a good experience. They lacked basic professional skills. This was my first time, but neither of them introduced themselves. They did not explain what they were doing or even ask me about why I was bringing him...just walked into the room and started. They were quite rough with my son and he cried most of the time.
