Most of the products are good as long as you're realistic with expectations. Not all products do well for everyone so read carefully and beware of picking the wrong producttbat may give you the opposite of what you want. The coupon codes I've received for reviewing don't always work either. Over all, I think it's a pretty decent company to order products form.

I have just had a very unsatisfying and one of the worst customer service experiences in a long time. I ordered 5 items from HHP. They were shipped in one box according to HHP. A box from HHP was delivered to my home a few days ago. A box small enough for the TWO items that were in it. One of which I did not order. Upshot, I received 2 out of 5 items and one item was wrong. Upon opening, I took the two items out (a shampoo and matching conditioner instead of two shampoos - decided to not make a deal of it and just keep the conditioner - no biggie - then, figured the rest of the order would arrive in a separate box). No such luck; no subsequent delivery. HHP requested that I send them a picture of the box with the items inside. Not realizing my mistake, I had already discarded the

I like the products I bought a lot. The only thing is that when I switched to my old brand of dandruff shampoo my hair became frizzier. I used your antifungal shampoo because I had an odor coming from my hair and it wasn't feeling soft like usual. My hair is normal after using your shampoo and conditioner but I am not aware of what other products I can use now.

I received a package that had frozen and every bottle was leaking. I was only compensated for one bottle of shampoo because I was told that the pictures I took of the damaged package didn't prove that every seal was broken. This company has terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service! Had an issue with an order, and all I can say is that customer service understood the issue and took care of me. I also have been happy with all the products I have purchased from them.
