They didn’t ask what we wanted, and the massages were maybe a 3 out of 10 at best. We paid for a one-hour massage but were only given about 45 minutes. At the end, they said tipping was required, which felt extremely uncomfortable—almost like being pressured into it. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. I actually left in more pain than when I arrived. I would never go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place

Overall, the experience was okay; however, I believe I may not have enjoyed it as much as I could have because I didn’t speak up during the session. The pressure used was much too much for my comfort level. Usually, therapists ask how much pressure you prefer, but that wasn’t the case this time. I’m not sure if it was assumed that I would prefer deeper pressure because I’m on the bigger side, but I truly didn’t enjoy it. This was only my second massage ever, and I chose not to say anything at the time because I didn’t want to seem like I was complaining. Overall, I still tipped because I did receive a service. Update.. I have bruising on my back from how much pressure was applied. Honestly I say, speak up, cause it should had be enjoyable.

If you pay through Groupon, they will force you to tip after the massage. And if you don’t tip “enough,” they’ll get annoyed and aggressive about it. Here’s what happened. I originally paid for my appointment through Groupon. After the massage, the front desk person stopped me and asked me to tip. I sent the tip via Venmo, but she seemed unhappy with the amount. She then told me it was “required” to tip a certain amount and insisted I add more. I didn’t want to argue, even though I never saw that information on their website. At that point, her attitude felt aggressive, so I just added more to end the situation. I gave it a 1-star review because she was rude and pushy about the tips which ruined my experience there —especially considering she wasn’t even the therapist who gave me the mas

I was scrolling through Groupon and came across this gem! The business is very accommodating and responds in a timely manner. My masseuse (cici*) was absolutely amazing! She made sure I was okay through the session. The pressure she used was perfect for me, she really got in there! It feels like she took out all my knots in just one session! Lol I cannot wait to go back! (5/5)

The massage was very professional and made me feel completely relaxed. I will definitely book in advance next time.
