(McDade location) I spontaneously walked in for a basic facial and had some questions about additional services. She was impatiently looking out of the window instead of helping me decide (i showed her my wrist injury) which made me opt with just the facial. As she was leading me to the go upstairs, she let the reception door and plastic hangings shut on me vs holding them open (again, I have an injury). The room was absolutely freezing and they tried to set up a space heater once I was lying on the table. The masseuse was nice enough but my half hour was shorted as the time she took to set up was included in my facial time. Their website says they offer Couples Massages, but when you go to book it’s not offered. My husband booked a 90 min massage and added a comment that this is a couples massage. Nobody called him to clarify or to inform him that couples massages are not offered. Instead they had us come to the place, did separate massages (which defeated the purpose of us doing the appointment), and did not feel the need to apologize for the misleading information. My husband did not enjoy his massage and then the man owner forced him to leave a $20 tip for poor service. The vibe was just off. I’m sore after my massage. We will not be returning!

Excellent, professional, expert acupuncture - bad massage. Very old building and facilities but clean. Odd set-up (massage upstairs which is VERY COLD). I had to ask the massage provider to turn on the space heater in the room because it was SO cold. So, she had to stop the massage to fiddle with the heater. It took the rest of the massage time for the room to warm up. Unacceptable. Plus, the actual massage technique wasn’t good; sub-par, amateur at best. I would return for acupuncture but not for massage, unfortunately.

I’ve never tried acupuncture before, but was having hip pain for a very long time and decided to try it after trying many other therapies. I am happy to say that my pain level has decreased significantly! The acupuncturist is Very knowledgeable and identified my pain areas and I’m feeling better with each visit. Highly recommended!

I love coming here for their deep tissue massages. I think they are better than expensive competitors. They ask throughout the massages if the pressure is okay. I have also had a facial here before and for the price I think it was great! I have been coming here since 2018 for services and have never been disappointed!
