I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute couples massage as a Valentine's gift for my husband. I called in advance and scheduled our appointment for Friday at 1:15 PM. The woman on the phone confirmed the time and took my cell number for the reservation. She said that was the only available slot, so we arranged our schedule around it. Later, I received a call from a man who did not speak English well. He told me to make sure we were not late because they were booking appointments back-to-back. I assured him we would arrive early. We arrived at 1:00 PM for our 1:15 PM appointment. A man came out from the back, I told him we had a 1:15 appointment, and he said "no" and walked away.
