I began seeing Tara to work with chronic tension in my head, neck, and shoulders. While she is technically not a cranial sacral therapist, her knowledge and training has delivered better results for me than CSTs I have seen in the past. Based on my experience, I highly recommend her for face and head pain/tension, neck and shoulder difficulties. She's very professional and works from a comfortable environment next to Eden Park. Enjoy a walk in the park after your massage!
Tara is by far the best massage therapist I have ever seen. Her background in medicine makes her very knowledgeable, and she has greatly helped me maintain a healthier lifestyle with less soreness and pain. Highly recommend!
Tara will focus on any part of the body that needs attention. Also, will make recommendations for exercises for maintenance between visits. She cares about your satisfaction and progress. I have been seeing her since 2022 and highly recommend.
