100% agreed with all 1 star reviews written. Laura only cares about the money. I have been a customer for years and have decided to cancel my membership due to not having time anymore. I made sure to have the receptionist confirm it was cancelled, to later be charged again 2 months later TWICE. I called Healing Therapy directly several times and not once was I able to get ahold of Laura. I requested to speak to her numerous times, and she never had the decency to call back a loyal customer. The business is shady and has a high employee turnover rate which speaks volumes to the ownership/how it is ran. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Do not provide any banking information as they will take funds out of your bank and not provide refund.

Usually, I give good reviews but for this one I need to give ZERO STARS ! Ive been a customer to this place for years now, I even had purchased their membership a few years back.I decided to come back for monthly body massages which I did.On 09/07/2025 was i believe my third massage back to back... i had a full body massage and a consultation after my massage with a facial specialist(not a facial appt or facial service) , prior to that i had mentioned to the lady that i had questions as to what can i do because i had some questions regarding my skin on my face and she even said oh u can ask her(LAURA THE OWNER) what u can do ill schedule u after ur massage so u can speak with her I said ok great yes thank you.. that was all DID I SAY I WANTED A FACIAL APPT?NO When you book with them they r

I purchased a package of lymphatic massages. I’ve had to cancel and also reschedule appointments without a problem. Karla is informative, makes me feel comfortable and I am very happy with my massages.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to warn others. I originally scheduled an appointment two months in advance and paid a $50 deposit. Unfortunately, my fiancé lost his job, and I contacted the business a week or two before the appointment to cancel. I assumed that giving sufficient notice would allow for a refund or, at the very least, a more flexible rescheduling policy. However, I was told that deposits are non-refundable—something I accepted, so I opted to reschedule instead. Since I wasn’t sure how long our financial situation would last, I requested to book a few months out, but was told they only schedule a month in advance. I had to reschedule twice just to try to make it work, only to find out they only allow two resched
