Erin has been my myofascial release therapist for almost two years now. Healing Sunrise has positively impacted me and my overall health in ways I didn't know were possible. Erin is an exceptional therapist. She is friendly, a great listener about what’s going on, intuitive about what body parts are causing issues and forward thinking on how to get relief. Based on your posture and a few questions, she can see where your fascia is pulling you out of alignment. Her touch is gentle but really effective, even for those of us who have had issues for decades.
