I have had both a prenatal and postpartum massage from Lila and they were both excellent. She made me comfortable during the prenatal session with extra pillows and adjustments. During the postpartum session, she focused on all the areas that are extra tight from breastfeeding and carrying a baby. I felt great afterwards and will definitely be back.
