Cara is a wonderful therapist. Her studio is very clean, professional and has a warm and peaceful vibe to it. My massage was perfect and I had the thai combo. I love the deep tissue but also the stretching. Highly recommend for anyone who has back and neck pain or anyone who is stiff and tight and needs stretching.
