Healing IS Allowed

Riina is amazing. She is incredibly intuitive and doing body work is definitely her gift. I have been visiting with her because I have been diagnosed with PTSD and am having trouble regulating my nervous system and getting out of fight/flight. I can feel tremendous improvement from our work together! She is very educated on the body and knows how to calm down the system and teach bodies that they are safe. The world is a hurried place and events seem to move fast every day. My day began with the thought “Oh I need a massage!” Riina came recommended to me so I booked an appointment. The experience was magical! She is pleasant, kind and compassionate. Her studio is spotless and gives you a hug when you walk in the door. It is a place of peace. Her massage technique is knowledgeable, patient and incredibly intuitive. I walked out enlightened with my body relaxed and balanced. The world didn’t rush by nearly as fast. Riina is a true healer. She has helped me with everything from injuries incurred from athletics to the removal of stored trauma, all as a matter of what presented itself in a given session, and always in a way that instilled trust and faith in me. Few people have been able to assist me in the variety of ways that Riina is able to fluidly work in, and I cannot recommend Healing Is Allowed more as a place of real healing.
