Healing Haven

I always thought massages just weren’t for me until I went to Jen! Every one I’d ever gotten previously had left me filled with more anxiety and stress than before I got it. From the beginning she made sure to listen to my concerns from my previous experiences and explain her process so I’d feel comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone but especially those with anxiety. Her thoughtfulness and passion combined with her knowledge and skills make for a great massage experience! 🥰

Jen is an incredible massage therapist that I've had the pleasure of seeing for years now. She is attentive, caring, and a very compassionate human being. I love when I get to see her for my massages, knowing I'm in capable and considerate hands. I just wish I'd let myself schedule them more often 😅

Jen is absolutely amazing! Her pressure control is second to none. I am a teacher and deal with chronic stress and find my muscles completely locked up. Jen is so strong 💪 and can work every knot and kink. She is so friendly and really takes the time to understand where your pain is and you will leave feeling like a new person. I also really appreciate all the support and love she gives to educators. I recommend Healing Haven to every teacher I know!

I was having a lot of pain, tingling, and numbness associated with a repetitive use injury and my doctor recommended that massage could be helpful in addition to physical therapy. Jen was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I needed and where I was experiencing pain and other symptoms and she thoughtfully and conscientiously worked with my body to help me feel so much better. I was encouraged by her understanding of body systems and I feel like her talent was a key to my speedy recovery. Plus, she is a wonderful person and a joy to be around and to talk with. She always made sure I felt comfortable and at peace during my sessions. I wish I could give Healing Haven 10 stars.

I've been going to Jen for about 2 years, she's absolutely wonderful! She starts every session with a brief chat to discuss what, if anything, I'd like her to focus on that session. Jen is very knowledgeable about the body and listens to what my muscles are telling her as she works on me. Anytime I've had a sore back, achy muscles, or anything else that just doesn't quite feel right, she will pay special attention to it and leave me feeling much better. She is a caring person who strives to make sure you have an excellent experience and leave feeling great.
