I’ve gone to several massage therapists and none can compare to Meghan Quinlan. She has a cozy environment in a quiet area in South Portland. It is very easy to get to and has parking. Her space is very private and I love the warmed massage table. I have a lot of arthritis and have a specific issue with my upper back and neck. I have lots of pain and a very limited range of motion in my neck. She listens to my needs and comes up with a plan to benefit me. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is solid. I leave in less pain, better range of motion and tips to help me function with my limitations. I will only go to Meghan. What she does works for me!

I have chronic pain and my massage at Healing Harbors helped me SO MUCH! I slept incredibly well that night, as my body was finally able to relax more than it had in weeks.
