I received my first Myofascial core release massage therapy with Thomas Nolan. I experience constant pain in my upper back ,and neck ,and shoulders ,and jaw. I went in not expecting the type of therapy I received. I was blown away by the issues my body had and the hands on therapy I received! Thomas told me what he was doing every step of the way and how he was fixing it. I look forward to more therapy sessions and hopefully resolving my postural dysfunction and TMJ and pain. I will never step foot in massage envy again after finding this gem of a place. The prices are reasonable and well worth it! I am definitely feeling less tension and pain in the face and shoulders just a bit sore from the therapy but that is normal and should subside. You won’t be disappointed and I look forward to my

Great staff. Better communication would would have made a 5 star. That portions was lacking. They were though n fixed Ocala Adventist & their errors in my treatment. Head Dr the worst! Stating i may have 90 days to live & discharged.

I have been searching for a therapist of Tanya's caliber in the North Florida area for over a year. I'm so glad that I finally came to her practice. I have multiple low back fusions and a problematic hip replacement, so, no, I do not want a "massage" per se. I need a knowledgeable practitioner who can identify the location and focus on the cause of my pain issues. My first visit to Healing Hands amazed me because Tanya worked so carefully, mindful of my sensitivities and current pain, and was able to remediate my issues, using a variety of practices. I've been seeing Tanya for a few months now, and she is amazing! I was super nervous about having a massage bc of my vertigo. She just has a very calming way about her. Highly recommend!
