My boyfriend has had 2 bad experiences here after deciding to give this place a second chance despite having to wait around an hour the first time. I will give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, he went in as a walk in. However, they proceeded to take an hour to fit him in. The second time, he made an appointment so he would not have to wait as long to get in. He set an appointment for 5:00pm and was not seen until 5:50. The supposed “dad” of the 14 and 17 year old barbers came out to discipline the one brother for taking a long time. After the haircut, he was recommended to “not schedule an appointment” as the price is automatically adjusted to $40 rather than their $25 listed for students. Will not be coming back.

Until now, myself and two children went to headz up for our haircuts. Unfortunately, Max was the barber we got for my 4 year olds cut. He was short with him, incredibly rude and at times a bit physically forceful. My recommendation would be to only allow certain barbers to take on children. It requires patience and likely more skill than Max has. I typically don’t leave negative reviews which should tell you how bad this was. I’m not saying don’t use headz up, just don’t use him if you have children. As for us, they will no longer receive our business.

Reggie is next level good at cutting hair. I usually come in here looking homeless after 6 months no haircut. Reggie sends me out looking tapered and cleaned. Fixes the beard up and everything. Man is gifted!

Worst haircut I ever received. I asked for a low taper fade and a trim on the top so my hair isn’t in my eyes. The guy cutting my hair did not take his time and rushed my hair cut it only took him 10-15 minutes. My hair is all uneven and there’s more hair in the back of my head than the top of my head. The front is the worst part it’s all uneven and makes me look like I have a receding hairline. I feel embarrassed to be in public with this haircut. Max should go back to barber school and learn how to talk to his customers properly.

Nichole has been cutting me and my son's hair for over 5 years flawlessly. My son continuely says it's the best haircut ever after each cut--I agree Nichole always gives us the best haircut ever no matter what style we ask for!
