Headrush Salon & Shave

I stopped by at 1pm on Tuesday. Doors locked and no one inside. I called and the voice mail was full. No other information provided. I suspect they’ve closed for good.

Joslyn is the ONLY person who can get my hair as red as I want it. I have been disappointed by SO many hairstylists but they tried, so it was what it was. But NOW, I am ON 🔥! And it's all thanks to Joslyn. Not to mention the place itself is SO awesome. They moved to a bigger location, but right next door! So THAT was very convenient. And the new place is just SO cool. The style of the place is great. I got SO lucky when I decided to stop in and ask if they did women. Now they do women's hair AND more, even eyelashes! You will NOT be disappointed with your experience at Headrush Salon & Shave! Tell them "RED" sent ya! ❤️

Great atmosphere! This shop has a bright future. They are definitely heading in the right direction. Headrush is a versatile shop with several employees doing women's hair and several employees doing men's hair. Oh, and they provide free adult beverages to their customers!! Doesn't get better than that! Now, the only down fall at the moment is their advertisement. The shop doesn't have a sign yet which makes it very difficult to find. Other advertising strategies such as social media is also lacking at the moment. I'm confident these things will eventually be take care of but for now I can only give 4 stars. You won't be disappointed with this shop! Ask for Mike and he'll make sure you leave with an outstanding hair cut.

Wanted a different look. Tried Headrush after recommended awhile back from former co-worker. Masterful. Walked out Fresh to Death. Justin is My new Barber. Cost more than I was paying right next door to my place but Totally worth it.

Wanted a shave and beard trim. He did not prep me for shaving. He used a combination of electric razor and single edge dry on my head which caused nasty razor burn immediately afterwards. He did not shave my neck under my beard. I had a hot rash on my head for a bit and then bumps. All that for $25. Won’t be going back. Most places charge between 18 and 20 and don’t leave you razor burned. Very disappointed and feeling overcharged.
