DO NOT VISIT!!!!!!!!! Completely disappointed with the result. Got a completely botched haircut and will never return or recommend. receptionist and online booking process were nice and friendly, and the stylist, Corban, was polite. I was visiting from out of town and chose this place based on reviews, which makes this even more disappointing. This cut was done right before a work trip, and I’ll have to suffer through that trip with a botched haircut. I brought in multiple reference photos and specifically asked for a skin fade, but that didn’t happen. Instead, I was given a strange, half-buzzed look on the sides with no proper taper or fade. I'd been going to headmasters, but saw Headquarters is geared more towards the men, so today was my first visit as a walk-in. Upon entering, I was thoroughly helped by the receptionist and received my appointment not too long from the current time. I'd read a review that mentioned the barber Corban, and just so happened to have him as mine. I try not to flatter people. Genuine praise is more my route. Good is a word that sometimes comes across as average. But when I say he did good, the receptionist did good, and I had an overall good experience with Headquarters, I mean it was just right, comfortable, and certainly beneficial. Thank you, guys. Great place to get your hair trimmed up. They start you off with a beverage of your choice on arrival then settle into your chair for your treatment of choice. I’ve had both the signature and classic men’s cuts. Both have been fantastic every time today I was styled by Sarah who did an impeccable job! Not only was she professional, and sociable, she gave me exactly the haircut that I wanted and styled it after shampooing. A++! Best place in tyler for men’s hair.
