Won't come here again. Had to put down $45 deposit on an appointment to get my hair dyed. In order to fix the back of my hair that had some light orange from a previous dye. Called ahead of time and discussed my issue and asked if I reserved the right service. Was told yes. When I got there, I had stresssed my main issue was the orangeish spot on the back of my hair and to match it with the rest. Cut needed was minimal, just sides. 1st dye my hair looked exactly the same and the hairdresser just kept saying she was confused with what i wanted. She had to ask other stylists what to do. All of them said the solution is dye my hair darker to match the orangish spot, or cut my hair off. They dyed it darker temporary(instead of the permanent i prepaid for) I can still see the orange in the dark

Setup an online appointment on Labor Day arrived 5 minutes prior to our scheduled time, the lady at the front desk said I tried to call you but number wasn't in service which is a flat out lie it's our home phone and it's alive and kicking, her claim was that the system double booked and we would need to come back in an hour well that wasn't going to work there is a reason why people schedule appointments to fit their daily routine -- very bad service never coming back again.

Very disappointed! We came in for a modern mullet haircut. We even provided a picture. We left with a skin fade. These are two different hair styles. If the stylist couldn't do the cut we wanted we would have gone elsewhere.

Both of my sons had a great experience and really liked their stylists and the way they engaged them in good conversation and listened to their preferences on their cuts/style.

My rating is based on a kids haircut so nothing really special 😂. We called to make a same day apointment which was easy, Jasmine cut my sons hair and was very friendly and fun. She did a great job and my son was very happy and cant wait to go back. Waiting area was clean and offered coffee and water.
