I’m very disappointed with Headquarters Hair Salon. My mom’s perm didn’t work out, so we scheduled a follow-up appointment to try a haircut to fix the perm not sitting well. Unfortunately, she was admitted to the ER the day before the scheduled appointment and was hospitalized for three days. I promptly informed the salon that we couldn’t make it by responding to their text alert reminder. Despite this, the owner insisted on keeping a credit card on file and reminded us about the policy of charging us 50% of the cost for missing the appointment, which felt unreasonable given the emergency. Their lack of understanding and empathy has left me with a negative impression

I have been going to Headquarters Hair Salon for 28 years....Francine is amazing as well as Jady and the rest of the girls. I always get compliments on my hair wherever I go and am asked where I got it done! I’ve probably had every hair color imaginable including rainbow! They truly are the best and are always accommodating and ready to take on any challenge I throw their way! Hands down the best salon around!!

It's been 15+ years since I found Headquarters Hair Design and am back like clock work ... every month. Visiting with Franceen ... is always a great experience with a fabulous result ... beautiful cut and color. I receive rave reviews from family, colleagues and friends. The salon has a fresh and updated look which is so decorative and comfortable. Most importantly though, is the fun, cohesive, pleasant, professional Team in the Salon. Franceen, Anna + Jady are exceptionally gifted with hair cut, color, mani/pedi's and so much more. Their smiles are radiant and their laughter … contagious. Stories shared are interesting + fun After trying many salons, I am proud to say that I am a permanent guest here, treated as part of the family. I am so grateful to and for these incredible ladies
