Rich provides incredible service! He’s not just a sharp barber but also a genuinely good person who takes time to engage with his customers, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. On top of that, he coaches youth basketball, which says a lot about his character and commitment to the community. This shop has a great vibe, with a team of barbers who create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’m so glad I stopped by next time I’m in Augusta GA, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great cuts and even better company! Thanks again for all that you do.

Poor management skills. Poor customer service. Poor communication. It seems as if the barbers treat their business as a clubhouse instead of an actual barbershop. If an appointment needs to be set. There should be a sign that says so instead of having their customers wait. It should be shut down if the barbers can't tend to the customers needs. The wait shouldn't be 2-3hours with no communication.

My sons get their haircut here all the time they’ve never had any issues “Tony” is one of the best, most efficient Barbers in the CSRA. If I could give him a percentage it’ll definitely be 100%. His cuts are phenomenal. He’s simply amazing!! Try him you will not regret it.

Loved it. Management and barbers are excellent in their design and shaping of hair cuts. I've seen each barber turn out some awesome haircuts, and don't never see anybody walk away unhappy. The morale and environment is good. I highly recommend this barber shop.

Me and my brothers get our haircut twice a month. We always get Tony to cut it. We haven't had any experience with any of the other barbers. The pricing is reasonable and the environment is very comforting. It's almost like you're surrounded by family. Extended family of course, but nonetheless family.
