Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND getting your hair done here. I had a consultation with them first with the hair color I wanted. Everything was going smoothly til I got to see the results. It was so FAR from the reference photo. Like the complete OPPOSITE. My hair was darker than I wanted. I would even go far to say they just dyed it black instead of the brown I wanted. I told that I want it lighter. They told me it would go lighter when I wash it. I obviously said no and I want it the way we talked about. I thought they would at least dye it again with a lighter color but they just instead BLEACHED IT. They did not tell me they would bleach my entire hair to make it lighter. Only realized it til it was IN MY HAIR. I only wanted my hair to go from blonde back to a light shade of brown. They complet

This is the absolute worst hair salon I have ever been to. They only believe in a revolving door sort of business: take in as many customers and get them out just as quickly by just absolutely overlooking quality work and what the customer actually wants as long as it gets them out and having a new customer in the seat as fast as possible. I came here about a month ago to get my hair dyed blush pink for my bday. It was my first time bleaching and dying my whole head, but I've done small dye jobs at home before, so I know how the process goes but thought it'd be faster to do it at a salon. First off, there was a male stylist who greeted me and saw the reference photos I wanted but then handed me over to this redheaded lady. She did not know how to bleach hair at all. I got a haircut on August 14 here by Jacky. The service was amazing I got the haircut exactly like I wanted it. He’s amazing. Not only that but my hair has grown so fast, faster than it ever has. Jacky has a great hand for cutting hair. It’s grown a good 4 inches. Overall this experience was amazing and relaxing. The best haircut I’ve ever gotten. The first two pictures are from when I first got my haircut, and the last three pictures are from now and they really show how much my hair has grown these 5 months.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE A MAN The hair wash was great I liked that part! But not so much the hair cut....All I asked was for a fade and 2 fingers off the top, and the guy left me with uneven hair. He took too much from the front and left the back WAYYY to long. The guy didn't even show me how it looked from the back. Also when he was in the middle of cutting my hair he left and started on another customer...Look at the pictures.

We drive 3 hours for a haircut by Norris at Headquarter Salon. No American haircut can hold a candle to the haircut of a Hong Kong trained stylist. No styling needed in the morning. Amazing.
